The College Reel

Created as a reflection on my college journey and the closing of a major chapter in my life, this reel was designed to feel less like a traditional highlight tape and more like a love letter to the people, moments, and experiences that shaped me creatively. Built around “Youforia” by Mac Miller, the piece carried a sense of gratitude, nostalgia, and appreciation for everything South Carolina gave me throughout my time there. More than showcasing projects or accomplishments, the goal was to make people feel the love and emotion behind every frame.

What made the reel especially meaningful was including my parents within it. Their belief, sacrifice, and constant support made every opportunity throughout my creative journey possible, and finding a way to honor them became one of the emotional foundations of the piece. In many ways, the reel became a thank you to the people and place that helped shape who I am both creatively and personally.
